Just enter your weight each morning after going to the bathroom and
before eating or drinking. The automated graphing of the provided
spreadsheet program will provide feedback and encouragement. Even though
your daily weight will fluctuate, the 7-day and 30 averages will show
your overall trend. As long as the 7-day average line (red) stays below
the 30-day average line (blue), you are on a weight reducing trend. Your
weight loss program will be custom designed to help you lose 1 to 2
pounds of fat per week. |
